The Zipper parking garage is far more than just a parking facility: HOSPITALITY X has taken it over as both tenant and operator, modernized it technologically, and expanded it to include service-oriented features. 

With more than 450 parking spaces spread across 14 floors directly adjacent to the Zipper Hotel, it is an integral part of the guest experience and is managed as a standalone, urban service asset.
